Notice things early.
Then show the
evidence.

We build instruments that pay attention to the human body — starting with software, moving to machines. Hanzo Health is out now. The robotics and the nanoscale work sit on a longer horizon, and we say so plainly.

Hanzo Health

A quiet instrument panel for your own body, on the App Store now. It notices things, then shows its evidence. Nothing is scored and nothing is a streak.

The signature moment

Opening the app resolves Readiness.

The ring draws once from twelve o'clock, the number ticks up, and one plain sentence says why. Nothing else on the screen moves.

Six systems in
development.

One hue per domain, the same code the app uses for your data. These are honest development stages, not launch dates.

SUPER APPPhase one

Payments and messaging

Integrated digital services

The digital layer under everything else — payments, messaging and services across US and Japan markets, with robotics integration built in from the start.

Beta at month 06
M.E.CDesign specs

Medical & elderly care

Humanoid companion

Health monitoring, fall detection and emergency response for aging populations — plus the social engagement that makes any of it get used.

Prototype at month 18
H.H.CR&D

Hospital healthcare

Clinical logistics assistant

Supply runs, EMR-linked delivery and 3D-mapped navigation, so clinical staff spend their hours on patients instead of corridors.

Trials at month 24
C.E.MR&D

Construction & manufacturing

Quadrupedal platform

Heavy-duty inspection and site work in conditions people shouldn't have to stand in. SLAM navigation with industrial IoT reporting.

Concept stage
R.A.IConcept

Retail automation

Floor assistant

Natural-language customer help wired to live inventory and the super app's payment rails. One account across the shelf and the till.

Concept stage
NANOResearch

Silicon nanorobotics

Molecular-scale medicine

Targeted drug delivery, cancer treatment and DNA repair, pursued through research partnerships. Years from a clinic, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Software funds
the hardware.

Ranges overlap because the work does. Each phase pays for the next one, which is why the app came before the robot.

1

Health and super app

Months 01 — 18

Ship Hanzo Health and the integrated payments platform for US and Japan. Establish users, revenue and the data infrastructure the robots will need.

Health beta
Month 06
Payment processing live
Month 09
2

Robotics series

Months 12 — 36

Build and test the three humanoid platforms with hospital, construction and retail partners for pilot deployments in Japan and North America.

M.E.C prototype
Month 18
Healthcare trials
Month 24
3

Nanorobotics research

Months 24 — 60

Open silicon nanorobotics R&D through university partnerships — computational modelling and biocompatibility first, clinical preparation after.

Month 30
Biocompatibility studies

How we work · 04

Four rules we
don't bend.

They started as interface rules in the app. They turned out to describe the company.

Evidence sits under the claim

The assistant never states a number without the chart it came from. Neither do we — no metric on this site that we can't show you the working for.

Nothing you can fail

No streaks, no red days, no score you can lose. A measurement out of range earns a sentence, not an alarm.

On the device wherever possible

Processing stays on your phone by default. Exports leave AI inference switched off, because a clinician asked for measurements.

Two care systems from day one

Designed in Vancouver and tested against both Japanese and North American clinical practice, rather than localised after the fact.

Where we are · 05

Three cities.

Listed with their status, the way the app lists a device. A location that isn't live yet greys down rather than disappearing.
